| The Spark Steel & Economy Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. (SSERC) was conceptualised and founded in the beginning of 1991 by a group of long experienced experts of Indian Iron and Steel Sector and Economy Planning and started to publish its professional journal ‘Steel Scenario’ in the same year. Presently a dedicated group closely connected with the centre and the publication of the journal comprising of the Directors Dr. Mrs. Jyotsna Chatterjee, Mrs. Sakuntala Chatterjee Chanda along with over a dozon full/part time associates is managing the activities of the Centre. |

He was the Founder of SSERC |
